this has to be one of the most important things when it comes to dieting, what you eat, but not just overdoing it either, you want to be sensible and not doing any kind of extreme dieting or crash dieting, just try and make it something you can bare and stick to, for days weeks and months on end then you are sure to lose the weight, bodybuilders diet for many months to get into shape and lose the fat.

You should do three thinks for losing fat strength training,healthy nutrition,cardio.The all are do means you will loss your fat.
