HI my name is Jessica. 25 year old mama to 3. Married and living in Nevada. My youngest is 8 months old and with summer RIGHT there I really am ready to try to KICK my own butt so that I can be back into a bathing suit.. WHICH is possible for me if i work at it. alien

My normal weight is 125 and I am 5'8 I am currently 135 and NOT LOOKING to loose weight really but like i said to look good.. i want to tone it up and be into a bathing suit by the 4th of July! Anyways I DO understand that there arent many members to this board but thats why im introducing myself, and actually im looking forward to getting to know the little people that there are quickly!

you need to concentrate on both diet and training to lose weight, not just either or either, and it is fine for females to do bodybuilding also, just train in a similar way to men, and learn about diet and nutrition.
